Accommodations
Standard hotel-style accommodation that includes the option of rooms with either 1 king bed, 2 queen beds, or 2 queen beds with bunk beds above.
Condominium-style accommodation with one or two bedrooms. All units include a kitchen and living area with a queen-size sofa bed.
• One-bedroom units include either 1 king bed or 2 twin beds, and 1 full bathroom (maximum occupancy is 4 people).
• Two-bedroom units include 1 queen bed in one room and either 1 king bed or 2 twin beds in the second room, and 2 full bathrooms (maximum occupancy is 6 people).
NOTE: Space is limited, so registration will only be accepted based on space availability.

TRAVEL

A complimentary group bus transfer will be provided between the Calgary Airport and the Panorama Mountain Resort; the travel time is approximately 3.5 hours.
• The bus will depart the airport at 12:30pm on Saturday, February 15.
• The bus will depart the hotel at 7:00am on Thursday, February 20.
Note: You may choose to make your own way to and/or from the airport either by renting a car or by the Panorama Resort shuttle, which can be booked and paid for with the resort.

Cancellation Policy
A non-refundable deposit of $1,000 per adult and $500 per child is required upon registration. Cancellation between November 30, 2024, and January 15, 2025, will incur a charge of $2,000 per person. No refunds will be issued for cancellation after January 15, 2025.
